RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At ILLICIT, all products are released in limited quantities. Due to the exclusive nature of our drops, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

VIP Member Returns

Returns are available exclusively to approved ILLICIT VIP Members.

VIP Members may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item:

  • Is unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Has all original tags attached.
  • Is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. No cash refunds will be provided except where required by law.

ILLICIT reserves the sole right to determine VIP Member eligibility and may modify or revoke VIP benefits at any time.

Non-VIP Orders

All purchases made by non-VIP customers are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing sizing information and product details before completing a purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at chase@illicitworldwide.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers approved for a VIP return are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ILLICIT is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Final Sale Items

The following are always final sale:

  • Limited-release products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked "Final Sale"
